Title:                         Analyst, Digital Health Systems
Salary:                     $77,213 – $94,507 per year (pay range explained below)             
Contract:                 1 year Term
Hours:                      37.5 Hours, Monday – Friday (core hours 9am – 3pm)
Location:                 Park Royal – Hybrid/ Remote work is considered based on location. Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after October 2024.
Bargaining Unit:     PIPSC BCFNHA Group (Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada) 

*The FNHA is engaged in active collective agreement negotiations and rates of pay will be adjusted to reflect 2024 rates in the near future.

About the role
As Analyst, Digital Health Systems you will – Oversee on boarding and maintenance of Panorama users, manage the program’s quality assurance process, design and review effectiveness of tracking tools, engages communities not yet participating in digital health systems, and reports on the program’s usage to senior management and other stakeholders.  The position coordinates and provides a variety of program support activities including analysis of client files to meet simple and complex reporting needs.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be – 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or Social Sciences (i.e. Economics, Sociology, Statistics), or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • An understanding and/or completion of courses in advanced statistics, and/or biostatistics, public-health analysis and/or evidence-based methods

You may have experience in; 

  • 4-6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Relevant, recent and significant experience in data collection, data analysis and presentation of data to a wide variety of audiences (normally acquired over 2 years)
  • Experience with BC First Nations communities and/or organizations
  • Experience in developing proposals and briefing packages
