Title:            Family Wellness Specialist
Salary:        $86,778 - $102,091 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below) 
Contract:     Permanent
Hours:         37.5 hours pw (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location:    S'olh Temexw - Chilliwack (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy)

About the role
As Family Wellness Specialist, you will provide subject matter expertise and guidance related to the regional maternal child and family health and wellness programs and services that support the FNHA Fraser Salish region and communities. 

You will work closely with First Nations communities, family development, maternal child and early years frontline workers in communities to collaboratively to address issues related to wellness programs and services; providing regional context and guidance to the implementation of addiction prevention, intervention, and treatment programs for First Nations children, youth and families.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have a degree or diploma in maternal child (Doula/Midwifery), health sciences, public health, social services, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 
You will bring strong knowledge of traditional family wellness programming, maternal, child and family health programs to be able to provide guidance and support
As part of this role, you will be in the heart of the communities you’re working with, therefore it’s essential that you have a BC driving license (and ideally access to a vehicle).

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021.
