Title:          Engagement Manager
Salary:      $97,462  -  $114,661 - $131,861 per year (pay range explained below) 
Contract:   Permanent
Hours:       Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Location:  Northern BC region - Hybrid/Remote 

About the role
The Manager, Community Engagement provides leadership and hands-on support to a large and geographically dispersed team of Community Engagement Coordinators; develops, implements and delivers community engagement programs and services that align to FNHA values, are grounded in the knowledge and spirit of First Nations traditions and values; oversees collaborative information sharing, problem solving, and decision-making within the Region and across the Policy, Planning and Community Services (PPCS) function; contributes in establishing operating plans and tactics for Community Engagement; develops, recommends and implements Policy & Procedures on community engagement.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be –
•    A University Degree with relevant specialization or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
•    Recent, relevant and significant experience (usually acquired over a period of 8-10 years)
•    Experience providing management and leadership to a large and geographically dispersed team
•    Experience working with First Nations communities or organizations including political leadership
•    Lived Northern community experience
