Title:              Manager, Clinical Education
Salary:           $109, 356 - $128, 653 - $ 147, 951 (pay range explained below)             
Contract:       Permanent
Hours:           37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
Location:       Sinclair Office, hybrid (50% in office). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after October 2024.

About the role
The Clinical Education & Professional Development team is expanding to include the development and integration of clinical leadership pathways, clinical workforce development initiatives and an expansion of clinical student initiatives such as an Employed Student Nurse program and a New Grad program.    You will have a pivotal role with your team and partners in designing and overseeing a Centre of Excellence in clinical education and clinical leadership while leading clinical education initiatives and opportunities such as the annual Health Education Forum.    Unlock your potential in an impactful role and grow with us!

About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be - 

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or a related field from a recognized university or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Current practicing registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), or relevant professional regulatory body.

You may have experience in; 

  • Eight (8) years of experience including roles in health care education leadership and/or management. 
  • Additional education and experience in Education Theory/Practice and Adult Learning.
