Title:                       Clinical Education Lead, Student Initiatives
Salary:                    $95,728 – $115,270 per year (pay range explained below)*             
Contract:                Permanent
Hours:                    37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am – 3pm)
Location:               Sinclair Office, Downtown Vancouver – Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, summer 2025.
Bargaining Unit:    PIPSC BCFNHA Group (Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada) 

*The FNHA is engaged in active collective agreement negotiations and rates of pay will be adjusted to reflect 2024 rates in the near future.

About the role

About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be – 

  • Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in nursing, nursing service administration, nursing education or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, education or a health related field is an asset.
  • Eligibility for registration as a registered nurse in British Columbia.
  • Remote Certified Practice is an asset

Experience

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of recent, related clinical nursing experience in a complex health care environment including progressive professional practice, education, project management and leadership experience. 
  • Experience in clinical student initiatives and/or programming within a health care organization.
  • Experience in interprofessional collaboration.
